Standard Features
- Controls: Electronic programmed temperature controller with constant (set point & process) temperature readout.
- Also offered with PLC panel board with Pressure transmitter for HP/ LP readings with cutout/cut-in.
- Refrigeration Components: Efficient scroll compressors,sight glass/moisture indicators, balanced port expansion valves,filter drier,pump down valves,fan cycling head pressure controls
- Airmaxx chiller is protected with accumulator and our condenser are 4 row with coil face area of 1.5Sqft per TR to maintain high pressure below 300 PSIG in peak summer.
- Our condenser and finned immersion chiller are inner grooved copper pipe for better efficiency.
- For higher capacity chiller is provided with Oil separator to ensure of oil flow to the compressor.
- Airmaxx chiller is in-built SS-304 tank with PUF insulation.
- Process Fluid Components: Bronze valves. Pumps are Monobloc. Tanks are insulated with lid, fill port, and level sight glass. Portable systems will include a bypass flow valve.
- Safety Controls: High/low pressure refrigerant pressure, freeze, low water flow, overloads for compressor and fan motors, safety MCB’s and overloads for pump.
- Construction: Welded GI steel powder coated frame and full metal cabinet, copper piping connections.
- Warranty: One year parts.
