SPECIFICATION FOR PUF COLD ROOM:
- WALL & CEILING: Polyurethane injected sandwich panels of 60 / 80 /100 / 150 mm over all thick with a density of 40 ± 42 Kg/m3 (System-42, CFC free) 0.5mm PCGI / SS Sheet on both sides.
- FLOOR: Polyurethane injected sandwich Floor panels of 60 / 80 / 100 / 150mm for cold room over all thick with a density of 40 ± 42 Kg/m2 with vapour barrier on both side and final finish by Client.
- I Door: Puffed door with necessary supports, Door heaters Hinges and Locks as required. Provide with 0.5mm PCGI / SS Sheet on both sides. Flush type / Overlap type / Sliding type
- It shall be maximum 1180 mm wide with cam lock
- Supply necessary flashings and trims using 0.5 mm PCGI and angels for support
- As per the standard procedure, PU chemical shall be mixed and injected by machine and kept under press for desired density for 30 to 40 min as recommended by the chemical supplier.
- Client shall approve detailed drawings for individual items and door location

Our cold stores are equipped with integrated Refrigeration equipment’s with Electronic system designed for better storage condition control and energy savings. We uses environment friendly refrigerant FREON R404a as refrigerant gas. To cater product's specific need of temperature at -30 o C, desired cold chambers are designed with Ante Room at 4 o C. We are pride of ourselves of offering global warranty, service and support and are adequately able to offer annual comprehensive maintenance post warranty.
